GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR APPOINTMENT OF MARKETING ASSOCIATE / CHANNEL PARTNER
Commission shall be paid on Basic Price of the property booked.
All Cheque(s) to be drawn In favor of the Company which is mentioned in Booking Application Form.
The commission shall be raid as under:
(a) On booking with 25% payment of sale consideration received, 50, brokerage will be released.
(b) On booking with 100% of total value of sale consideration received, remaining 50% brokerage will be released.
Various Brochures, Literature, POP Material etc. shall be provided by the Company.
The Sale Price shall be announced a. revised by the Company from time to tirne and shall be followed strictly.
All Advertisements regarding our Projects shall be done only after getting prior approval of the Contents of the Advertisement from the Company.
This Authorization shall be valid for a period of six months from the date of acceptance of application and may be renewed depending upon your performance and at the discretion of the Company.
In case any of the above Terms and Conditions have not been observed or any act is found contrary to the interest of the Company, this authorization shall stand cancelled without any notice.
A booking will be recognized as complete when accompanied by the complete documents i.e. Application from duly filled in with photograph(s) of the applicant(s) and signed by the applicant(s) with the Booking Amount, Permanent Account Number (PAN) and ID / Address Proof.
The Channel Partner shall ensure that any a. all Terms & Conditions hereof are kept confidential and are not disclosed to any third party.
If there will be any changes in address, you will have to inform immediately by Registered Post to update in our record.
If found guilty of false commitment to any customer, Company will not be responsible for the same.
Brokerage / Commission shall be released only in favour of the Applicant / Registered Channel Partner in our record.
No cash collection from the customer shall be allowed to Channel Partner. However, if customer wishes to pay in cash, then he may deposit directly at our office after getting proper receipt.
In case of any termination / cancellation / expiry of dealership, all Collaterals / POP /Advertising Material should be returned to Company by the Channel Partner.
AML (Anti Money Laundering) Guidelines / FEMA will be applicable on all payments. If any amount paid is falling under AML / FEMA, Customer / Channel Partner will be responsible and Company will not be responsible for any liability in future.
